Process 1 cup of no sugar homemade blueberry jam, 1 1/4 cups of coconut flour, 1/4 cup of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk, and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Make balls of this mixture. And then roll them in shredded coconut. These energy bites are perfect for breakfast or post-workout snacking. Instead of using a jam you can cook blueberries, and use them directly if you don’t plan to store these energy bites for long.
