Even though it is normally the smallest room in the house,  guest cloakrooms can be an opportunity to express the more exhuberant side to your character and to create a stunning set piece for your visitors.

These small rooms can be a place to display art pieces you collect, or perhaps to create a style from another time. The fact that the room is so small means you can experiment with different ideas but do not need to pay for large areas of expensive materials. This means a wall or floor finish, that might be very expensive to use in say a large room, can be used in the cloakroom in smaller quantities.

So dont leave this small room until last, and just add a tiled floor, think of the possibilities. They are endless.
